We value your choice & you may initiate a return or exchange in the following scenarios:-
• Size mismatch
• Faulty/Damaged Product
• Wrong product delivered(different color, different design, different model, different specifications as what was ordered for)
• Incomplete Order
• Order delay
In the event of above scenarios, you are entitled to request for a return/exchange or refund for that product. The customer has to initiate the request from the website and select the option/ reason(s) for return or exchange and the product will be exchanged with the different available product of customer choice. Once exchange is initiated, the customer will be delivered with the exact product that he is looking for and delivered product will be picked up and taken back( for guide to return the product please see Reverse Pickup Section under Refund Policy ). The return/exchange process takes 7 days from the date of initiating exchange/return. You need to initiate return/exchange within 4 days from the date of product delivery. For refund, please read our Refund policy. Please note that the exchange policy is not associated with the guarantee of the product. Once the customer has received the product that he has ordered and is satisfied with the delivery and then some wear and tear happens while using the product then he has to claim for the guarantee of the manufacturer or seller.
